TSA is built on a passion for style, dedication to elevate & celebrate curated brands, & devotion to imparting joy through individual expression.
The moment she opened her first Vogue magazine at the age of 8, Randi Rivera has made style the overarching theme for her life. Through decades of work with top clothing brands, a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, experience with retail buying & launching her own brands, & finally, a recent Master’s degree in Communication & Journalism which launched a career writing in the beauty sector, Randi has lived to create a life for herself & others that is steeped in style & self-expression through all realms.
The Style Adjacent is the passion project birthed from my background & rooted in my deep-seeded ardor for all things style. It combines my love of most everything in the creative sector-think fashion, music, art & culture, add my education and experience in various creative industries, throw in some mics, audio equipment & a handsome, super cool co-host, (that’s my husband, Frank) & you have The Style Adjacent.
We have a mantra at TSA; style supersedes fashion and trend, full stop.
Style is everlasting. It is a way of life, a mindset, an overall attitude. It is your introduction to the world without uttering a single word. The podcast is built on this concept, & it serves as a platform to introduce & celebrate this alignment by talking to designers, artists, musicians the & like, discovering each one's individual style journey.
Every Thursday, The Style Adjacent brings listeners genuine, authentic conversation with some of Southern California's most fascinating, creative, and dare I say, iconic individuals, to learn about their style story through their craft. Episodes also explore trends and movements within creative genres like fashion, music, art, interiors, food & fare, as well as culture and community.
Because when it comes to style...it’s all adjacent.
